1. What is Yorkah?
Yorkah is a monthly creative service for hotels, eco-stays, farmstays, boutique stays, and resorts. We handle your photography, videography, and social media content consistently every month.
2. How do your plans work?
You choose one of the monthly plans on our pricing page. After payment, we start planning your content, schedule your shoot, and manage the full creative process for that month.
3. Do you offer one-time shoots?
No. Yorkah works only on a monthly subscription model because it allows us to build consistent, long-term branding for each property.
4. What do I need to provide as a client?
You only need to provide a proper stay for our team during the shoot and basic support from your staff when needed. The rest is handled by us.
5. Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are only given if Yorkah completely fails to deliver content within the month without any valid reason.
Situations like weather issues, creative differences, last-minute changes, or misunderstood deliverables do not qualify for refunds.
6. Can I cancel after buying a plan?
No. Once a plan is purchased, cancellation is not allowed.
7. How long does a shoot take?
Usually 1–2 days at your property. We plan everything in advance so we can capture all visuals smoothly.
8. Do you share raw files?
No. We only deliver the final edited content as mentioned in your plan.
9. Do I get full rights to the photos and videos?
Yes, you can use all final deliverables for your website, listings, social media, and marketing.
Yorkah also keeps the rights to use the content for portfolio and promotional use.
10. Can I ask for extra revisions?
Each plan includes a limited number of revisions. Anything beyond that can be discussed at an additional cost.
11. What if the weather is bad on the shoot day?
We simply reschedule. Weather delays don’t qualify for cancellation or refunds.
12. Do you handle social media posting too?
Yes, depending on the plan you choose. We can handle posting, captions, visual tone, and monthly content flow.
13. What if my property is not camera-ready on the shoot day?
We request the property to be clean and ready before we arrive. If delays happen from your side, the shoot schedule may be adjusted but not canceled.
14. Do you travel outside India?
Yes. Travel and meal arrangements will be discussed separately.
15. How do I get started?
