- Once a plan is purchased, our team begins planning, strategy, and creative work right away.
- Shoot schedules are coordinated with the property, but the monthly content calendar is managed by Yorkah.
3. Payments
- All plans require full upfront payment at the time of purchase.
- Payments are non-refundable except under conditions stated in our Refund Policy.
- Pricing displayed on the website is final unless otherwise discussed in writing.
4. Deliverables
- Each plan includes specific deliverables mentioned on the pricing page.
- Yorkah’s creative style, visual tone, and storytelling direction are part of our brand identity.
- Choosing a plan means you agree to our creative decisions unless otherwise discussed before the project starts.
5. Client Responsibilities
To ensure smooth project execution, clients must:
- Provide property access on agreed shoot dates.
- Offer a proper stay arrangement for the team during shoot days.
- Avoid placing creative restrictions that hinder the team’s workflow.
- Provide accurate information, availability, and cooperation throughout the project.
6. Scheduling
- Shoot dates are planned through mutual discussion.
- Monthly posting and content rollout are scheduled by Yorkah.
- Weather delays or unforeseen conditions will result in rescheduling, not cancellation.
7. No Cancellation
Once a plan is purchased:
- No cancellations are allowed.
- No refunds are issued except when Yorkah fails to deliver as promised.
8. Use of Content
- Yorkah retains rights to use the created photos/videos for portfolios, social media, promotions, case studies, or marketing.
- Clients can use the final deliverables for their brand’s marketing, website, listings, and social media.
9. Third-Party Tools
By using our website, you agree to the use of:
- Google Analytics
- Meta Pixel
- Tracking cookies and analytics tools
These tools help improve user experience and marketing accuracy.
10. Limitation of Liability
Yorkah is not liable for:
- Business loss or revenue loss due to delays outside our control
- Technical issues, website downtime, or third-party tool errors
- Misuse of content by the client or third parties
