At Yorkah, our monthly subscription model is designed to provide consistent creative support, long-term content planning, and regular delivery for your property. Because all work, scheduling, and production begin immediately after a plan is purchased, we follow a strict refund and cancellation policy.
1. Payment & Project Start
All subscriptions must be paid in full at the time of purchase.
Work begins immediately after the payment is confirmed.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only applicable if Yorkah fails to deliver the agreed monthly content within the scheduled timeline.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
No refunds will be provided under the following circumstances:
The client dislikes the creative style or artistic direction.
The client changes property availability or access at the last minute.
The client misunderstands or fails to read the deliverables listed in their chosen plan.
The client requests to cancel the project after the plan has been purchased.
4. Weather or Environmental Issues
If weather conditions prevent a scheduled shoot, Yorkah will reschedule and plan a new date.
Weather-related delays do not qualify for refunds.
5. Scheduling & Monthly Workflow
As this is a monthly engagement, Yorkah manages the creative schedule, shooting dates, and posting timelines.
Shoot dates will be coordinated with the property owner, but the final scheduling responsibility remains with Yorkah.
6. No Cancellations
Once a plan is purchased and payment is made, the subscription cannot be cancelled for any reason.
